ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Onboarding team at FIG consists of our resident experts surrounding how financial professionals work and are setup with FIG. They are responsible for the onboarding and account structure within the walls of FIG and with our insurance carrier partners. Within our team, The Onboarding Support member allows for the team to focus on more detailed complex matters while maintaining all necessary carrier rules and contact information to allow for in good ordering contracting, updating agent general information and assisting with contracting status updates from carriers. The Onboarding Support member is driven by data collection, data entry, and not afraid of digging into the details to ensure accuracy of the information received.
YOUR ROLE:
- Send general agent documentation to carriers (Specifically: Address Changes, AML, E&O, EFT, and State licenses)
- Schedule and perform follow up calls with the carriers until confirmed complete. Includes data entering in updates in ARC to record status of follow up.
- Upload updated documentation into Agent SureLC account for record keeping and to ensure document is accessible for future processing request.
- Work with financial professionals or FIG Sales to satisfy missing requirements.
- Maintain Carrier Information on Contracting Universal One Note
- Work with carrier partners directly to data collect and maintain carrier requirements on a quarterly basis or updates occur.
- Assist with putting together general reporting from Contracting Universal One Note
- Ensure carrier contracting contacts document is current.
- Termination and Transfer ways from FIG letters from carriers and update agent ARC records to reflect termination status with notation.
- Welcome emails (agents are copied and do not require communication from FIG OBS Team)
- Assist with follow ups for initial contracts (includes data entry of status into ARC) such as when influx of workload occurs or at times where team attendance is low due to PTO or unforeseen circumstances (Additional requirements, communications to agents or Sales will be sent to OBS team to handle).
- Data Entering Agent Contracting Status into ARC
- Assisting when influx of work or PTO/unforeseen team absences occur.
